Most people love when there is a sequel to their favorite movie, especially one that is considered to be a classic. That's why it is safe to say plenty of people are smiling at the rumors of there being a sequel to the 1997 box office hit "Soul Food".
With talks of the original director and writer George Tillman, and producers Tracey and Babyface Edmonds to be back on the team, many are excited about the possibility of a follow up feature film, rumored to be entitled "More Soul Food".
Although "More Soul Food" is said to follow the millennial generation of the Joseph family, no word has been released on any of the original cast members agreeing to be apart of the new film yet. With the success of "Best Man Holiday" there is no better time than now to try and push the envelope with classic film sequels.
